Make It Important



What do you have to do to make exercising important to you?

Remove the excuses.

  1. I suppose the key is DO IT! :) I don't allow myself to skip out because I don't "feel like it". I allow myself two days off during the week, so my body can rest and heal. Otherwise, exercise isn't an option. I would love to help keep you accountable-as well as the other way around! I have days when I just don't feel like it, like anyone.
