  1. Just found your blog. So far so great! I have been the "lazy girl" the last few months...looking forward to some more great ideas and encouragement.


    1. I know me too!! I've felt lazy about working out every since summer hit (well, since May really) and haven't been able to shake it. I'm hoping to start working on one goal a month to get myself back to at least half of what I used to do which was walking 45 minutes a day.
